These terms govern your use of the EcoStartup platform. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to represent any company whose details you submit.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate others or misuse another company's identity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, review, and — for the sections you choose to publish — display it on your public profile and in search results.

4. Review & the "Reviewed by EcoStartup" mark

Our team reviews startup portfolios before they can be published. This review is a good-faith editorial check — it is not an audit, financial endorsement, or guarantee of accuracy. The "Reviewed by EcoStartup" and "Trusted Partner" marks indicate platform review/curation only. Investors and others should conduct their own due diligence.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on profiles on the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
